‘Kenny who?’

:KENNY FRIES! (www.kennyfries.com),

The American born global citizen, writer and poet resisting to be marginalized as OTHER being disabled, gay and Jewish. Author of The history of my Shoes and the Evolution of Darwin’s Theory, showing constant adaptation as the key to, and the art of life. His poems in Desert Walking celebrate the love of two men for each other, the love of a man for the natural world, and the love of the artist for color, shape, and form. The memoir Body, remember searches his own history carved in his body.

“I know my past by knowing my scars. Where once a surgeon tore my skin and entered my body for reconstruction, or removal, now these scars have become the points of entry into my past, into those places where, as a child, I was unable to go safely. In this way my scars do not exist only on my skin, but remain inscribed on the cortex of my brain, the section where memory is stored.”

THIS IS AN INVITATION TO A RARE OPPORTUNITY TO MEET THE AUTHOR CURRENTLY LIVING AND WORKING ON A NEW BOOK IN BERLIN:
